STAINLESS STEEL TAPPING CLAMP
- The Hydrogascomplect pipeline tapping clamp is a double-band clamp equipped with a threaded tap up to 2''.
- The stainless steel tapping clamp is used to create taps on existing or new pipelines.
- The tapping clamp is used for taps off water pipes, gas pipes and pipes for petrochemical fluids.
- The products are certified in Ukraine, have received a positive conclusion from the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service and have successfully passed all the necessary tests (documents are provided upon request).

- Available lengths (L): 200 / 300 mm.
- The clamps with tap taps are available in different working ranges for pipes of DN 80 up to and including DN 500.
- The tap working ranges vary from 50-80 mm to 100-125 mm. The height of a tap outlet varies from 100 mm to 200 mm.

- The clamp with a tap is designed for temporary or permanent tapping into the pipeline.
- The clamp with a tap can be used to tap on pipes made of cast iron, ductile iron, steel, PVC, GRP, PE.
- The clamp with a tap is a reinforced double-band clamp with a tap.
- The standard taps are provided with screw threads.
- Available lengths: 200 and 300 mm.
- The clamps with tap outlets are available in different working ranges for pipes of DN 80 up to and including DN 500.
- The tap working ranges vary from 50-80 mm to 100-125 mm. The height of a tap varies from 100 mm to 200 mm.

Pressure ratings for water depend on the type of break or damage, pipe DN, branch OD, medium etc.
- Pipe DN 50 up to and including DN 150: 16 bar
- Pipe DN 175 up to and including DN 500: 10 bar
- The clamp body, bolts, nuts and washers are made from stainless steel AISI 304.
- The clamp body is a metal sheet with a thickness of 0.8 m up to and including 3 mm.
- The rubber seal thickness is 6 mm, made of EPDM.
- The standard tap outlet is threaded up to 2”.
- The range working temperature for EPDM is from -20 °С to 130 °С.
- The product, which has been properly stored, installed and operated, is warranted for 24 months from the date of sale.
- The estimated service life is 10 years.
