- The Hydrogascomplect pipeline stainless steel emergency repair clamps are a good solution for permanent repairs of broken and damaged pipes.
- With the use of the pipe repair clamp, damaged pipes placed both above and below ground can easily be repaired.
- The products are certified in Ukraine, have received a positive conclusion from the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service and have successfully passed all the necessary tests (documents are provided upon request).
- Available lengths (L): 150 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 mm.
Stainless Steel Emergency Repair Clamp L150 - L200 mm
- All available clamps of this length are single-band.
- The working ranges for the L150 mm clamps vary from 56-68 mm to 77-90 mm, and that of the L200 clamps - is between 56-68 mm and 273-283 mm.

Stainless Steel Emergency Repair Clamp L300 mm
- Single- and double-band L300 stainless steel repair clamps are available.
- The working ranges for the L300 single-band clamps vary from 60-67 mm to 273-283 mm, and the L300 double-band clamps from 300-320 mm to 520-540 mm.

Stainless Steel Emergency Repair Clamp L 400 mm
- Single-band and double-band L400 stainless steel repair clamps are available.
- The working ranges for the L400 single-band clamps vary from 155-165 mm to 273-283 mm, and the L400 double-band clamps from 300-320 mm to 810-845 mm.

Stainless Steel Emergency Repair Clamp L 500 mm
- Single-band and double-band L500 stainless steel repair clamps are available.
- The working range for the L500 single-band clamp is 219-229 mm, while the working ranges for the L500 double-band clamps vary from 520-540 mm to 810-845 mm.

- The repair clamp is designed to eliminate leaks in-ground, above-ground and underground pipelines.
- The repair clamp can be used to repair cast iron, ductile iron, steel, PVC, GRP, PE.
- Types of damage repaired: longitudinal cracks, pipe fractures, needle holes, and so on.
- Repair clamps can also be used to butt-joint pipes of the same diameter.
- Repair clamps are available in two types – single and double-sectioned.
- Available lengths: 150, 200, 300, 400, and 500 mm.
- The single-section clamps are available in different working ranges for pipes from DN 50 up to and including DN 300, while the double-section clamps are available for pipes of DN 350 up to DN 800.

Pressure ratings for water depend on the type of break or damage, pipe DN, medium etc.
- Pipe DN 50 up to and including DN 150: 16 bar
- Pipe DN 175 up to and including DN 500: 10 bar
- Pipe DN 600 up to and including DN 800: 6 bar
- The clamp body, bolts, nuts and washers are made from stainless steel AISI 304.
- Metal parts have been deburred and are passivated to restore the corrosion resistance to its original state after the welding process.
- The clamp body is a metal sheet with a thickness of 0.8 mm up to and including 3 mm.
- A single-band (single-section) clamp has a working range of 7-11 mm depending on the diameter, while a two-band (two-section) clamp has a working range of 20-22 mm depending on the diameter.
- Rubber seal thickness is 6 mm (can be increased to 8 mm on request), made of EPDM and has a waffle pattern.
- The range working temperature for EPDM is from -20 °С to 130 °С.
- A special tape is used to fix the rubber gasket to the stainless steel band.
- No loose parts that may get lost during installation.
- The product, which has been stored, installed and operated in accordance with the technical specification, is warranted for 24 months from the date of sale.
- The estimated service life is 10 years.
